As the head of our HOA Landscape Committee, with a degree in plant science and a background of having designed landscapes commercially and residentially for almost 15 years, I am acutely aware of all aspects of good landscaping best practices.
Del Conte was chosen out of a field of 6 landscape contractors to maintain our HOA of 117 homes in a nationally award winning community designed by the Dahlin Group. It is critical that our choice be based on visual continuity, expert knowledge of plant health, efficient in-house irrigation design and services, and most of all, pride in workmanship. Our choice for Del Conte was back in 1997, and they continue to maintain our community with the same vigor as the first day they started the job.
We expect to continue our relationship with Del Conte for years to come as our expectations are high with little tolerance for failure in execution, and we are confident Del Conte will continue to deliver the same high level service we have grown to trust week-in and week-out every year for the past 16 years.
